About Steve
Licensed in both Florida and Nevada, Steve entered real estate in 2005 after a twenty year career in show business as a production designer, manager, and technician. After six months in the Sarasota, Florida`s market, Steve took a job as sales manager for a failing condominium project. During his tenure, he gathered a team of specialized sales agents and quickly turned the project around, selling over $16,000,000 in real estate in six months - all while Florida`s market continued to decline. This caught the eye of the local Sotheby`s affiliate, a firm Steve and his team were invited to join servicing the Sarasota Luxury market.
After three years in Sarasota, Steve felt the longing for the bright lights and excitement of Las Vegas. He returned home in 2008, where he joined the highly praised Windermere Prestige Properties at the District where he blends his presentation, management, sales, and technology skills to help area home owners market and sell their homes.

Real Life Experiences
Steve`s vibrant energy and youthful excitement help drive him forward, when in fact he is deceptively older than he looks - a trait he credits to his wife and their young daughter who keep him feeling young. Together, they love getting outdoors to hike & camp throught the region. The are also avid travelers, having completed a 4000 mile sailing adventure aboard their sailboat in 2004.
