Getting email notifications in your email is a terrific resource. You save time from searching continually. You are notified by email of fresh, new listings when they come on the market. The process is completed easy as 1-2-3.
1. Log into you account (If you don't have one, simply follow the instructions below).
2. Search for a home using any criteria you want, review the results, and click "Save Search" at the top of ANY results page.
3. Give the search a name and be sure to activate the "Automatic Email Notification" button before hitting "Save."
That's it. From now on anytime a listing falls within your search criteria, it will automatically be sent to your email. You, of course, can unsubscribe at your convenience at any time.
